HughesNet® offers six service plans to suit your individual needs. Whether you want to surf the Internet at super-fast speeds or run your business from home, Hughes has a plan for you! You can have high-speed Internet even in areas where cable and DSL are not available.

Listed speeds are available only through Hughes’ new satellite. The majority of subscribers will have access to these faster speeds. However, approximately 3% will not be able to receive these speeds as a result of trees or other obstacles that block the signal from the satellite to the home. In these cases, Hughes can offer slightly slower Internet access via another satellite with download speeds up to 700 Kbps, 1.0 Mbps, and 1.5 Mbps; and upload speeds up to 128 Kbps, 200 Kbps and 200 Kbps for Home, Pro and ProPlus service plans, respectively.
In all cases, actual upload speed will likely be lower than speed indicated during peak hours. See our FAQs for more information on typical speeds. Download speeds may also be temporarily slowed in cases when patterns of system usage exceed the download threshold for an extended period of time. Each email account has 2 GB of storage. The domain of your email addresses will be @Hughes.net. HughesNet email is compatible with any email client that supports Pop3 and SMTP protocols.
**Equipment
Equipment provided to you may be new or refurbished as new. Any refurbished equipment will have the same warranty as new equipment. In the event that you elect the purchase option, and the equipment installed at your location is refurbished, we will provide you with a $25 credit on your first Service invoice.
+If you cancel your service, you can return your HughesNet equipment to receive a refund. The HughesNet satellite modem, power supply and radio must be returned to Hughes, in good condition, within 60 days of cancelling your service in order to receive the equipment refund. Hughes will provide instructions on how to de-install and return your equipment. You are not required to return, and Hughes is not obligated to de-install or pay for the de-installation of the antenna, mount or any cables. Installation charges and other fees are not refundable.
